On Wednesday 11 September, we introduced Home Makers officially to a room of current and potential landlords, partners and supporters from the community.
Home Makers is a new lettings agency that offers a first-class service to landlords and tenants with market-leading low fees. We work with our landlords to provide well-maintained and safe homes for their tenants – benefitting both parties – and with their tenants to ensure they maintain long, healthy and happy tenancies.
Tenants in Home Makers properties will get access to Phoenix Community Housing's services, from its employment and training programme Roots into Work to its family-friendly festivals, while landlords will have access to Phoenix Repairs Service and benefit from the parent company’s excellent income recovery service.

Home Makers offers fees as low as 9.5% for full property management services against higher fees of the low to mid teens for high street agencies.
Home Makers offers full tenancy and property management services to private landlords and housing associations throughout London and the South East.
