Expertise and experience
Home Makers was set up by Phoenix Community Housing, one of the largest landlords and housing associations in Lewisham.
Initially developed in collaboration with our leaseholders who sublet their properties, and in response to their needs, Home Makers now operates as a subsidiary of Phoenix as a landlord and lettings agent.
Phoenix’s expertise and experience in delivering community-based, resident-led housing for social tenants marks us as a unique and powerful new player in the private lettings market.
All Home Makers surpluses will be gifted to Phoenix and reinvested in our community.
Meet The Team
Leah Macleod, Home Makers Manager
Leah has a strong background in leasehold and property management, with more than ten years’ experience in the housing sector. Her previous roles in customer services, property management, income means she is knowledgeable in all areas and well placed to respond promptly and professionally to queries our landlords may have in relation to their responsibilities and repair issues.
Leah is the main point of contact for Home Makers landlords and tenants.
Sina Hennig, Lettings Assistant
Sina is new to the property sector, with considerable customer service experience and a passion for improving services. She is the first point of contact for all prospective tenants and is eager to match you to a property that meets your needs.
The Home Makers team are here to support our landlords, the tenants who make their properties a home, as well as giving back to the community.
