Initially developed in collaboration with our leaseholders who sublet their properties, and in response to their needs, Home Makers now operates as a subsidiary of Phoenix.
Phoenix’s expertise and experience in delivering community-based, resident-led housing for social tenants marks us as a unique and powerful new player in the private lettings market.
All Home Makers surpluses will be gifted to Phoenix and reinvested in our community.

Adeyna has more than 6 years’ experience within the housing sector, specialising in lettings and property management. Living and working in south east London, she has an excellent knowledge of the local property market in Lewisham, Bromley and south east London, understanding the needs of both landlords and renters.
Adeyna is skilled in building relationships with landlords and tenants alike and is passionate about delivering the best possible customer service.

Shaneque has a strong background in leasehold and property management, with over eight years’ experience in the housing sector. Her previous roles in repairs management, income collection and customer services means she is knowledgeable in all areas and well placed to respond promptly and professionally to queries our landlords may have in relation to their responsibilities and estate issues.
Shaneque is the first point of contact to respond to queries from our landlords and tenants and helps to arrange viewings, inspections, repairs and the preparation of new and renewed tenancy agreements.
